Operations Manager/Executive Assistant - A licensed or unlicensed individual who assists the Team owner in the daily operation of running the office. This individual would create and manage systems, would be responsible for the budget/accounting, as we all manage the data management systems. The Ops Manager would hold the Team accountable throughout the year, ensure that our customers are receiving the best customer service, and plan appreciation events. This individual would also be responsible for social media, website, and direct mail marketing.
Account Manager/Listing Coordinator - Handles all aspects of working with our Sellers before and during the listing as well as after the home goes under contract. Scheduling Photos, placing signs and lockboxes, communicating with sellers weekly, organizing offers, file prep , coordinating inspections and repairs and preparing for closing.
Transaction Coordinator - Assist with the "Contract to Close" of our Sales team. Schedule Inpsections, Appraisals, Re Inspects, Walk-throughs, prepare documents, work in our transaction Management System. Must be licensed at time of hire or before initial 90 day training is up.
Listing Specialist - A licensed Realtor that works exclusively with Sellers. Makes phone calls daily to set appointments.
Buyer Specialist - A licensed Realtor that works exclusively with Buyers. Makes phone calls daily to set appointments.
Showing Assistant - A licensed Realtor that assists the Buyer Specialist with Showing Homes to Buyers and helping them identify the home they will purchase.
Expansion Partner - A licensed Realtor that works with both Buyers and Sellers and procures most of their business in one area of town. This person can be in Jacksonville, Nassau, St Augustine, the Beaches or a partner with us in another city such as Orlando, Tampa/St Pete, etc under our company Invictus Property Group. ISA/OSA (Inside Sales/Outside Sales) - ISA - A licensed or non licensed individual that receives inbound calls from buyers and sellers from our various marketing sources as well nurture then until they are ready to meet with a licensed Realtor. OSA - A licensed or non licensed individual that makes outbound calls to set appointments for our licensed Realtors.
